Just a note on Dan North:

  • As you may know already, Danny fell off a ladder at his home recently and has fractured ribs, a fractured wrist, and a big wound on his head. Praise God that there were no problems with either brain or spinal injuries.
  • He is still in the ER as of today, waiting for surgery on his wrist.
  • Please pray for him, for his wife and kids, and for Mike and Margie as well

Pat and Dennis

  • While we are on this topic, pray also for Pat Billingham, who also had a fall when she was in BC, and has lower and upper jaw fractures… Pray for her, as well as for Dennis who is her primary caregiver.

Prayer for spiritual discernment

  • As you know after our AGM last week and Steve’s announcements in September, we are in great need to hear God’s voice regarding our next steps as a church
  • We know that God is the One building His church, and we trust Him that He will continue to provide direction as we move forward.
  • We invite you to join us in a focused prayer time over the next month, to ask specifically for His guidance to our church leadership and our church family as well
  • You can join us on Wednesdays, either in person or on zoom, for our church prayer time!

Membership at Bridletowne

  • Oftentimes, when we have our AGMs, we realize we usually don’t talk too much about membership. And as you see, when it comes to voting and other important decisions, membership is quite important!
  • So, if you are someone who comes regularly to church, and has been with us for at least 6 months, then you can become a member of Bridletowne Park Church!
  • Email me ( or call me (289-716-2647) to set up a meeting in person or on zoom to discuss the process!

Some Zoom changes

  • As of this Sunday, we will simplify our zoom presence on Sundays.
  • There will be no more moderation on zoom, but zoom continues for all those that cannot join us in person.
  • We just won’t be sharing screens with powerpoints and stuff. Everything else remains the same.
  • I would like to thank all those that helped over the last two years with zoom, especially Jennifer and Sally, for your help and support!

  • Hopefully later in the year! I really miss our potlucks…

Thank you for your continued support for our ministry! You can use our email ( for Interac E-transfers, or simply mail your donation cheque to the church (2300 Bridletowne Cr., Scarborough, ON, M1W 2L2)

Time is too important to waste it on matching socks. Just buy longer pants…
